Ebikabere Umusu

Managing Director

Is a graduate of law from the Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma. After her call to the bar in 2001, Ebi’s passion for entrepreneurship saw her opting for business instead of the courtroom. She founded Kadick and steadily grew it from a small enterprise to an organization with over 200 employees. She is also an alumnus of the Executive MBA program of the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.

Dickson Umusu

Project Director

Holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering degree from the Nigerian Defence Academy and an Executive MBA from the Lagos Business School of the Pan Atlantic University, Lagos. He is responsible for all Kadick projects and also oversees risk assessment and management.

Michael Madoghwe

Non-Executive Director

The Legal Adviser/Company Secretary/Head,Regulatory Affairs, Conoil Producing Limited. He holds an (Hons), Edo State (Now Ambrose Alli) University, Ekpoma, B.L Nigerian Law School, Abuja, and then an LL.M (International Commercial Law & Corporate Governance) from the University of Dundee, Scotland. He had extensive experience in legal in the banking industry before joining Conoil.

Kemi Ogunyemi

Non-Executive Director

“Is a law graduate from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria; an LLM from the University of Strathclyde, UK; and an MBA and Ph.D. degree from Lagos Business School (LBS). As a director at Kadick Integrated Limited, She brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to help advance company culture for improved productivity.”
